evacuees wearing out welcome?
That's the story a recent survey paints. I know crime has increased in the city significantly. But I do know people who were evacuees and could find decent jobs. So, i dunno. But esp. w/ this administration, it's going to take a long time for NOLA to come back, if it ever does.

Well, we have created a whole "entitled" society. When the entitled do NOT get what they think is theirs, they will complain, legally appeal, and eventually turn to crime...because after all, it IS theirs...they deserve it...just because. The "entitled" are breaking the backs of middle class America. When the "entitled" turn to crime, they will have to join gangs...because, in order to stay in crime, they need strength in numbers, otherwise they will get beat down. This is the story I hear every day, day after day, different person...but the story is the same. And of course, I see them after they are locked up..because they got caught. And what is the story they tell, abt their futures???? They are going back out and doing it all over again. Guess it's job security for me!
